LEISURE CENTRE STAFF ARE ALWAYS BEING CALLED AWAY TO DO OTHER JOBS IN THE HOTEL. THIS LEAVES RECEPTION VOID OF STAFF---MEMBERS WALK IN WITH FRIENDS--WHO DO NOT PAY---PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS ALSO WALK IN. EVERYONE, MEMBERS AND GUESTS SHOULD ALL BE MADE TO SIGN IN. A LARGE NOTICE SHOULD BE POSTED TO THIS EFFECT.
ReplyDeleteSTAFF BEING CALLED AWAY ALSO MEANS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CARRY OUT ALL THEIR OWN CLEANING DUTIES. IN A LEISURE CENTRE ENVIRONMENT ALL AREAS SHOULD BE KEPT SPOTLESSLEY CLEAN TO AVOID THE SPREAD OF INFECTION. ROZ MALANDRINOS-MEMBER
